This solve was not planned out at all, how everything just so happens to fit together at the end is beyond me. 

This 3 hour last day solve is not supposed to be better than the height solve I spent actual effort and 5x the time on, but that might just be the case......

I can't see how latency gets more than 1 faster than this, but this community has surprised me before. Fairly sure this will be the lowest cost at 12C, however.
