THIS METRIC OMG
My first solution was far more symmetrical. Then I redesigned it and got this poopy thing. I am pretty bad at optimising instructions apparently, so after turning all the arms into hex/tri arms to save on return instructions I tried one more design (which ended up worse so you will see it in the showcase), and then gave up and submitted.

Unless I am totally missing something, this is min rate, which I hope is non-trivial enough that this still gives me an ok position.
