While I believe that further reduction is possible Im pretty happy with this overall.  From my previous 2 solutions before this I learned that there is only really 2 things you need to do before linking the chain, calcification, and making the 2 horizontal bonds.  Everything other than these can be done as their directions don't repeat.  Quite a fun little puzzle, and only came to my solution due to my worse ones before this.
