Min height was basically required to be competitive this week so that was the first constraint. Height 4 combined with the methods of atom manipulation required limits arms to single arms on the top and bottom tiles only, which theoretically limits period to 4 min (I think). I'm not skilled enough to get period 4 and period 5 is basically just period 4 with room for an extra pivot, so I settled with period 6. Just enough for 2 operations per arm. From there, its just setting up 0.5p conditionals and some salt surgery and you have my solution. Made it 2 days after puzzle release and was too busy to optimize further, but honestly solving with these metrics was really fun. I hope I understood the assignment :3
