I made two other solutions before realizing a single animismus can support min rate. I pretty much just solved the puzzle then made the arms share track where possible.

Avenged had the idea to use the waste chain hexarm, and I'm guessing that concept saves more cost elsewhere, but I dont feel like redesigning it again.
