3 * Area + 7 * Period > Gold > Instructions

I thought it was area + some constant until I made a min area solve, and to my suprise it scored worse than my rate solve. 

This period 6 solve beats my best period 4 solve by one point. I would bet a better period 4 solve would get 1st though.
