Lowest I have got yet, though still no idea what the metric calculation for ??? is... Cycles related...

7P gets lowest ??? value (0.227). 6P and 8P give greater values...! 15/16/17/18 cycles don't seem to matter... maybe Tape Loops is involved as 32ish cycles for some of the other 7Ps I tried gave much greater values...
