First of all: I believe the ???? metric is 7*P+3*A@inf/G/I, with the restriction that it has to be looping. If my deductions are correct, I believe this solution should be decently well-optimised. Every other layout I tried kept eventually turning it back into this one as I optimised it. I think someone might be able to shave of one more area (specifically that one equilibrium glyph), but I think a score of less than 91 is quite unlikely.
