I liked this (????) metric for a while, ended up completing a solve trying to optimize this metric and ended up optimizing the other (???) metric. Then when I tried optimizing for the other metric I accidentally optimized for this one, apparently going to a concert during weeklies (kpop if you were wondering) makes miracles happen twice. On top of that all I know about this metric is that it's affected by area so hopefully this isn't too bad a number. I made some more cost optimizations but it is now 3am so I should maybe sleep.
