never actualy figured out the metric I just know that a rate of 7/16 scores 0. why? I'm sure you the viewer the future already know but I don't D:
I know in my heart that sub 180 is possible either by reusing a hex arm to do both double outputs and two regular arms for the alternating one or using track magic but I cant find it. - græys
