It feels like under 100 is possible, but i can't lower this score however much i tried...

Period 3 and 5 solutions have trade-offs that seem to be not worth it.
Period 4 is therefore the sweet spot, and i hope it could be done in less than 6 arms without shenanigans, but i am not going to look for it.

Minimizing secondary is similar to minimizing area in here anyway, so I did not bother.
