i cannot tell what the metrics are and TBH i don't like the gimmick of making it secret but i know i didn't do well, honestly i'm just here to solve the puzzle

p.s. i had this puzzle in the back of my head and then i went on a plane and started to fall asleep but then i thought of the 2 length hex arm wwhich is the foundation of this solve, then the real problem was getting rid of that salt atom it got in the way so much
