A true team effort this week!  Kevelairn observed that the friendly product shape allows us to pull a second reagent for scaffolding, which makes all of the debonding/rebonding problems easy.  Fiesta noticed that the scaffolding can be made into another product, which nearly halved the cycle count.

Not bad for our first stab at freespace I.  Much less cursed and frustrating than we feared.

...so yes, we did try 4B!
