Didn't think I'd be able to pull of a 3-instruction solve (having never done min instructions before) until I got the idea of using the second stick as input. 
Totally unoptimised still but good first attempt.

EDIT: spent waaaay too much trying to optimize only to not shave that many cycles (498 -> 465) pffff. It's so hard to find a lay-out that both works and doesn't take much time. Here's hoping the shaving gets me a spot at least.
