The track on the waste arm can maybe be removed by juggling one atom of waste inside the main machine, then using the bonder. The other two arms seem forced, so I'm not sure how much depth there is to this secondary. Maybe it's just a tertiary race. Maybe a different glyph ordering can reduce cost.
