The most important thing when solving a cycles puzzle like this is to start with the glyph of disposal and then make the rest of the design with it in mind, as environmentally sound people we never compromise on that, and this is exacly why I use it and not because I randomly found there's a glyph-of-disposal-shaped hole of empty-but-swung-over hexes in the middle of my design. /s

No working 7p shenanigans from me. I wish I could have gotten it done but honestly it wasn't really close.

I also made a max rate version of this for showcase, because as we all know, designing and tweaking cycle designs is the best.
