it takes 4 moves to debond everything from the center atom, which i do with the arm that grabs the input to not waste a cycle on regrabbing. thus, grab+ 4 moves + drop + a cycle to let another arm grab the final atom = period 7.

somehow i feel like this might not be the most efficient approach to this, but it is funny
