some quick maths at the start of this landed at 23 as theoretical min, though i'm not entirely sure about that. regardless, the only way to cut cycles on this, as far as i can tell, would be to not let the silver waste cycles sitting on a debonder, aka grab the reagent from the silver and then do all the debonding, rejecting etcetera with that same arm, which seems tremendously silly.
