23 seems to be the theoretical min on this but reaching it seems tremendously silly. you need to grab quintessence on cycle 9, bond two quicksilver to it on both cycles 10 and 11, and then move it to output on cycle 12. the main trick that would require is to grab the input from the silver and never let go, doing all the debonding and rejecting with one arm. meanwhile the output needs to miraculously end up in a spot that two pipelines can reach without wasted cycles. that seems possible, but i didn't recognize dropping the silver as the limiting behaviour before spending two workdays cutting this down to 24 cycles, so i doubt i'll be able to reach that in time.
