This solution was slightly edited with Emacs to put lowercase letters in the title. Other than that it was entirely created in-game.

Also the title is instructions to the arms; it finishes by flipping the completed product onto the output.

Earlier versions were more flippy (due to having the last two pistons opposed instead of coming from the same direction) - they started at 11*106, then 9*106, then 9*102, then 8*102, then I spotted an idea today that got it down to 7*102 and finally 6*102.
