newbie here...is there a faq overviewing the tournament details?

this is my first time participating, and i'm a touch uncertain why there are two different sets of metrics? are there two different competition tracks?

also, is there a results/video commentary feed (i discovered tourney 2023 on youtube), or are updates emailed to all participants after each challenge or the whole competition?
