I once had a solve that was...basically this, but slower. It nearly survived the process of Sergy looking at all my solves, and then sending me all the files of their solves while I updated the pareto manifold viewer. At least one of my other solves, "MINIM", did survive in essence - a 60g full-access solve on minimal track. It fell to a near-direct update, and on a redesign I was only 12 cycles behind. 2 by 6. Several of my ideas survived, or at least this 170g one, "BLISTERY" - all Sergy originally modified was the feed method for and from the purifier. Cheaper, but costing a cycle. I ended up copying the changes and posting my commentary with that file. However, it too has fallen; basically the most emblematic bit of our little collaboration, down. I had a few good ideas, and on the whole, Sergy blew me out of the water. Pretty much my whole score fell to the Ship of Theseus; my name is only up so high because of Sergy. For reference: the one idea I'd had but not yet implemented was the half-access projector necessary for minimum cycles, and my pareto graph was at 19900. Respectable but in this crowd lacking. And, also for reference, I ended up tying their GC score on a similar layout with different instructions...for whatever that's worth. 12450. Of the solves Night Shyne made on his computer, with the aid of back and forth with Sergy, my personal, accurate score is 12450. How much of Sergy's placement was aided by my solutions coming first is a question for the philosophers. Feels weird to have someone walk in my footsteps. Night Shyne; Theseus. And SergyD writes: I didn't have much time to spend in exploring the frontier but that didn't stop me from tryharding. The G paretos are probably improvable but I don't like tinkering with instructions to save C. Any pareto with period > 5 uses projection instead of purification bc it requires less arms to be operated. As a fun fact the shown solve is the only one that uses three bonders in our whole frontier. It could be 10g cheaper by making the hexarm pivot but the additional latency is outside of pareto.
