Instructions optimization

Notes from first submission: "This is among the hardest things I've done in this game. I have no prior experience optimizing for bounding hexagon, so I turned to the leaderboards and the BC solve for Armor Polish inspired the layout of this one. The main challenge was finding an orientation of the product, bonder, and reagent as well as an assembly procedure such that I could manipulate the growing molecule without crashing into the reagent."
