Given that "proliferation rate" is actually 1.5 times input rate, I planned to do two thirds of one pipeline via proliferation while the other pipeline fully utilizes the input. That approach yielded 38 cycles, but some proliferation downtime remained. This final solution pulls one more quicksilver source, doing 10 proliferations out of the 24 silver required.
