this is min c unless I missed something again long note in the previous submission, more consice version below: Certainly the cycle metric of this is designed over prolif, otherwise min c is pretty trivial no qs input so qs for prolif must comes from reject you can purif to gold as template, so prolif produce 1 silver every 3 without external qs input to bootstrap you still need to reject a silver though, so 2 silver cannot output counting purif (by reject the template gold near the end) fastest prolif is at cycle 6, so 16 fast silver and 9 slow silver by cycle 32 which is 1 short, and 17 fast silver and 10 slow silver by cycle 33 which is 1 more, allowing some delay in slow silver from prolif for pipelining of silver, I just desinate the last 12 fast silver to triplex, which enables the cheap rate-like build there managed to cut the cost of the rest parts, down to 560 which I finds pretty cost efficient nice challenge, can't wait to see how everyone approach this and those better solves than this
