This solve is "Extremely Restricted":
- No tracks.
- No multibonders.
- No pistons or multiarms.
- Length-1 arms only.
- Only grab, drop, and rotate instructions are allowed, but only one type of rotate is permitted (i.e. you cannot use both clockwise and counter-clockwise).

As a consequence, disposals are useless. And so, this metric and this input was chosen to be as annoying as possible, yet still solvable!
