My children brought home some of this rather bizarre substance, so naturally I had to recreate it. After reverse engineering the formula, I put together this machine. There were some difficulties, as initially I had incorrect chirality on the Vitae-containing putty component. Regardless, I am rather satisfied with this result. It consumes the basic elements equally, and outputs putty with enough speed to be slightly concerning. 

My only regret in this solution is the sheer quantity of moving parts. I am sure that with clever re-use, the number of arms could be cut down. Whether speed could be maintained at that point, however, is a different question.
