I really enjoyed this puzzle. I never made a Production solve, nor have I ever solved for Instructions. Figuring out what to do in which Box and slowly grinding away, improving each Box Instruction by Instruction, Arm by Arm, was incredible.
In the end, I landed at this final design. I upgraded the two Arms in the Top Box to a single double Arm, and made efficient Silver with the Hex Arm. In the Bottom Box, Hex Arm 6 takes care of both the binding and the Quicksilver efficiently. Arms 6, 7, and 8 take care of the Triplex bond using as many rotations as possible.

The funniest part about this solve is the Cursed Ratio. Twice as many of the bottom products are produced as the Top Product, because making the top box faster is Impossible without adding Instructions to the Hex arm, and making the bottom product impossible with Arm 5 like this, and making things slower isn't really the point.

All in all, I am extremely Happy with the design, and am quite confident with the quality of this solve. ^^
