Used the dirtiest trick in the book, outputting first one product then the other while recycling most of the machinery. I wouldn't be surprised if a better production wizard managed to shave a couple instructions. Unfortunately, the best solve I managed to get while outputting both products was 35 I, which is a long shot from this one, so we are stuck with this cheaty solution. I didn't explore tracked arm shenanigans which may yield better results, although the size of the chamber may limit the potential of those solutions. A different assembly method such as placing an arm in the middle hex of the product may also be an option, but I didn't manage to get it working.
