Some molecules have an intent. Well, not strictly; this is alchemical engineering rather than pre-scientific alchemy--we left the mysticism behind. Molecules do not think and do not have desires. They do what results from their shapes and primes. But I can also look at a pair of molecules, and see, plainly: we are to be made together, and your machine will suffer otherwise. The quicksilver of one is to be projected onto the other, the fire of one is to be calcinated into the other. Same shape. Similar processes. And for that reason, I am sheepish to have not followed the molecules' intents. I am sure that conditional logic to create both in one process is more sound, and I envisioned several--but I could not find a terser method than creating the molecules separately, in separate chambers. Of course, there are some design goals for which that may be more natural... - Alchemist Kazyan
