This is an awesome puzzle. I'm sure some people solved it without delayed start arms, but it instantly jumped out as the obvious path. Arm 5 is both the MVP of this solution and its biggest limiting factor. Arm 5 does 2 jobs in this solve, wasting instructions when it moves between them. The hex it occupies is the only possible place for a translation arm AND the only possible place for a double pivot arm. If I could split arm 5 into 2 arms, I'd save 2 instructions and the tape loop could be way faster. I tried tons of different geometries looking for a way to split the arms, but I didn't have any luck. There are a few different ways to make the metal wheel. One interesting one idea was to put both the metal and the quick silver under the hex arm. It ended up needing more space, but I love that it's possible. I feel like 37 is really solid for this puzzle, but prod-i always has wizardry, so I can't want to see all the things that are somehow possible.
