A union of many good ideas as alluded by the title. The spiciest one is arm 2 pivoting on water of the freshly debonded water-air. That idea then is based on the idea to move very hot water to debonder two ways. There's also the mixing of debonding order - it's natural to have first very hot water debond on fire-air so the water-side assembly has a center, but that leaves arm 3 too slow pivoting first fire-air (from the second very hot water) and let the third very hot water suppress for too long.
