This is a clock. It's meant to run at alt click speed, which I measured to be 28 cycles per second. I think the hour hand is functional but I haven't actually tested it.

If anyone was curious about the normal simulation speed I measured that it starts out at 4 cycles per second, then gradually speeds up starting at cycle 29, until it reaches ~8 cycles per second around cycle 100.
