converts base-6 6 digit metal sequences (values 0-5 based on how many times they can be rejected) to up to 16 digits of the same value in binary. Very slow, will always complete after 2658 cycles. Once value is fully computed, will append leading zeroes to output indefinitely (this is so I only had to program one pass per digit of the output).
