so i'm a relatively new player and know absolutely 0 area theory, but i'm fairly sure this is either min, or min + 1. or my intuition is incredibly wrong, in which case i am thrilled to see how people get it to 25 or lower! my first real solve was a 28 area solve with two debonders, one track piece, and one arm. i spent a good couple minutes trying very hard to get trackless one arm one debonder to work and running into all sorts of exciting collisions between atoms and arm bases. then i realized a second arm would solve a lot of them and was still better than two debonders, so this solution was born! no cycle optimizations have been done at all. the long string of handoffs looks incredibly goofy, but it was the only way i could find to reposition the atom without debonding something incorrectly
