Arm 2's location comes for free from pivot swing space, and in turn unlocks the elemental water output to use the other pivot swing space. It had few things to do outside moving water, until I found the pivot on cycle 67 that allows detaching the stabilized air on left debonder and storing the water atom in less awkward places.
