This is my first ever attempt at optimizing a puzzle for TI. My first completed solve stood at 33 TI, but I managed to bring it down to 24. I then found a really nice way to split off the air-water-air elbow without needing to pivot around the water atom, which saved 2 instructions. Not sure what a good TI solve should look like, but this solution feels pretty good.
