I have never done any sort of instructions before. this solve feels decently low but i would be shocked if this was at all close to a min. this is my first tournament though and i am thrilled to be here! it snowed the day this puzzle was revealed, and it was absolutely magical

UPDATE ON THE WASTE CHAIN! ITS SMALLER NOW! I was able to reposition the waste chain arms and go from 2-3, saving 3 instructions and one hexarm of cost. I had to use the funniest ever instruction override in order to make delay the collision until i submitted the last reagent, but I am happy i went back to look for obvious saves
