Surely 9 instructions is minimum right? Right???

I made a four-arm solution and was pretty happy with 12 instructions. But 3 arms felt within reach. I'm not sure exactly why this layout works when so many others do not, but it does, and that's good enough for me. One or two of the debonders are only used on one leg of the solutions, so maybe someone smarter could make this even more perfect.
