Proud for getting to a solid rate solve without access to a steam machine. Shout out to F43dit and omclone making this possible. My planning capacity still only fits one hex arm. It does create a clean "one rust reagent to 5/6 of water-salt-copper" which isolates that rust nicely, and provides a free wanding motion for half of some other reagent. Intuitively, that other reagent to be debonded by this wand ought to be the other rust since 6/10 rusts needs to be debonded and only 4/10 of reactive water needs to be, and thus debonding half of reactive water does unnecessary debonding work. However, it does seem that wanding the other rust causes a lot of crossing traffic. In the end, dealing with that one crossing quicksilver atom is enough of headscratcher.
