I'm pretty sure this is min G.
- The bonder is obviously necessary
- The debonder is necessary because the output has an odd number of atoms whereas the input has an even number.
- While the rejector can also be used to reduce mentality, i don't think there's enough space to store 5 quicksilver per input so it has to be the metal splitter.
- 2 track is necessary to reach all of the metal splitter

This solve isn't really optimized for cycles, i probably won't have time to optimize it
