Micro-optimizations add up. Managed to shave 58 cycles just with better programming. Would not be surprised if there are more shaves to find, especially since I did not test alternative layouts.

There are 3 phases for outputting:
 - Outputs 1-2: Initial outputs to build waste
 - Outputs 3-5: Previous waste has enough metalicity for lead+tin, so can debond after assembly
 - Output 6: Final output, so can debond silver with 0 access

This multi-phase approach comes with the funny consequence that the machine speeds up with waste, having output 2 be the slowest and output 6 the fastest.

 - Output 2: 96 Cycles
 - Output 5: 78 Cycles
 - Output 1: 77 Cycles
 - Outputs 3 and 4: 72 Cycles
 - Output 6: 62 Cycles
