Not too bad for Gold but is 100 minimum? I don't know. I do know that somehow you need to be able to grab and drop from all four points on the Anime, so assuming 100 gold it is either 3 normal arms, or 1 normal arm and a piston. 3 arms seemed to work better for me in the end...
