Jammuu: Fun puzzle :D, our group approached this in a rather weird way, breaking it into three chunks, first we encode the metals into different lengthed quicksilver chains, than use the chains to shift a lead stick, to serve as a comparater to check if the two quicksilver chains are different. After that, we decode the qs chains and the outputted lead sticks used for comparison into these "modules" that has two branches + 2 pieces of lead, used for promotion, and these two branches of quicksilver are used one for the metal that symbolizes the repeats, and one for the metal itself, then outputs.

This is both of us's first computation puzzle, and we had quite a bit of fun(?) with it, this puzzle is uhhh quite awsomesause (im sorry zorblab)
